The BeaverCraft SK1 Hook (Spoon Carving) Knife is a hooked tool designed for carving spoons, bowls, kuksas and round, deep holes in wood for other crafts. It is a universal model of hooked knife, essential for cutting holes in wood surfaces.

Due to the unusual curved (semicircular) shape, a hook knife is very effective for tasks like figured woodcarving. Use it to refine the form of a cup, spoon, bowl, and other products with a similar design. The carbon steel blade is single-edged. You can cut with one hand atop the blade for enhanced control.
