The clay construction handles the high temperatures of pressure lanterns while delivering a stable flame. Quick to install and incredibly lightweight at only 12 grams, it’s an essential backup for any serious outdoors person.
Petromax now offers a Stainless Steel version of the Burner. Important to note is that if you have used your HK500 Lantern with the Clay Burner for a number of hours, and want to change to Stainless Steel, you will need to purchase a Mixing Chamber along with the Stainless Steel Burner, as the thread changes from Clay to Steel use.
