Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

Get hold of us as soon as you can via WhatsApp, email or live chat, and we'll cancel your order and issue a refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. You can reach us on WhatsApp, email or instant chat. If you want a phonecall, send your number and we'll call you as soon as possible.


What countries do you ship to?

We only ship to South Africa.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will do our best to pack and ship your order on the day we receive payment.

We hand it over to a courier who will get it to your door in 1-3 days later if you are in Cape Town and surrounds, and 3+ days further afield.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email and we'll walk you through the process. To qualify for refund, please make sure you keep all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

In most circumstances we need to have the product with us before we can issue a refund, and then we'll do our best to process a speedy refund.
