We only ship to South Africa.

We will do our best to pack and ship your order on the day we receive payment.

We hand it over to a courier who will get it to your door in 1-3 days later if you are in Cape Town and surrounds, and 3+ days further afield.

Collection of orders is available from our Brave Hardy office in Westlake, Cape Town. Should you wish to collect your order, please select the 'Pickup in store' option during the checkout process.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 4 hours of order confirmation and payment.

Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email and we'll walk you through the process. To qualify for refund, please make sure you keep all the original packaging.

In most circumstances we need to have the product with us before we can issue a refund, and then we'll do our best to process a speedy refund.
