The Petromax Mixing Chamber is a vital component for keeping your HK500 Lantern running at its best. Machined from high-quality brass, it securely connects the mixing tube to your burner—whether you’re using a traditional clay model or the upgraded stainless steel version.
Important to note is that if you have used your HK500 Lantern with the original Clay Burner for a number of hours, and want to change to Stainless Steel, you will need to purchase a Mixing Chamber along with the Stainless Steel Burner, as the thread changes from Clay to Steel use.
For those using a two-hole mantle, the chamber also supports the mounting bracket between the burner and chamber. Simple to install, built to last.
