The Antonini Old Bear Walnut Biltong Knife brings traditional Italian craftsmanship to one of South Africa’s favourite snacks. Handcrafted in Maniago, Italy, it features a flat-grind stainless steel blade designed for smooth, controlled slicing and an ergonomic walnut wood handle that sits comfortably in the hand. Each blade is hand-sharpened on stone by skilled artisans, giving the knife a refined, authentic finish. A brass bolster houses Old Bear’s patented No-Return safety ring, securely locking the blade in both the open and closed positions.
